Carrot fries

Simple Easy Healthy Carrot Fries....mine look more like carrot chips.

All you need is some fresh or pre-cut carrots slices as you like...a little olive oil, salt & pepper to taste...I also add some red chili peppers to mine...I like the heat ;)...
Stick them in the Oven at 380 degrees or up to 400 degrees (if you like them crispy) for about 20min.


I also like to make my own sauce...I mix a Dipping Chipotle Sauce with some Sweet Chilli Sauce...Delic!
